Is this the same as your free AI course?
The free course and hive workshops cover the basics for anyone. Consulting is for a specific business: your processes, your data, your team, with tools built or training designed around them.
Do we need to be technical?
No. Most clients aren't. The build-it-for-you route needs nothing technical from you beyond explaining how things work now. The teach-you route is designed for owners and staff, not developers.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whichever fits the job: ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for working with text and ideas, and development tools built on them for creating software. We're not tied to one supplier and we'll tell you what each costs.
Is our data safe?
We work with business-tier tools that don't train on your data, keep anything sensitive out of prompts, and write the rules into a one-page policy for your team. If your industry has specific rules, we build to them.
Who owns what you build?
You do: the code, the data and the accounts it runs on. If you want us to host and look after it, that's monthly rolling with no tie-in.
How much does AI consulting cost?
Price on application, honestly, because it depends entirely on what you need: a half-day of training for a team of three is a very different job from building a custom CRM. Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll give you a clear written quote after a first chat, and tell you plainly if AI isn't the answer.
