What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to reply, help and improve the site.

Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, and they only use your data to provide their service to us:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, it's protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and health check results: 24 months from our last contact, then deleted automatically.
- Spam and blocked submissions: not stored.
- If you become a client, we keep the records the law requires, such as accounting records for six years.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: see the cookie policy for how long each one lasts.
Marketing emails
We'll only send marketing emails if you've ticked to say that's fine. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to:
- see the data we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing
- take your data elsewhere
- withdraw consent at any time, such as for cookies or marketing
