I started JAE Digital in 2023 with help from the hive (opens in a new tab), Weston-super-Mare's business support service. Now I give back: free, impartial 1-2-1s and workshops on websites, social media, analytics, SEO and ads for micro and small businesses in North Somerset.

Is the help through the hive really free?
Yes. The hive offers free, impartial 1-2-1s for micro and small North Somerset businesses, and I'm one of the advisers. Book through the hive (opens in a new tab).
Do we need a big budget?
No. Plenty of useful work costs little or nothing, like fixing your Google Business Profile or tracking. We'll tell you honestly where money is worth spending.
Can you work alongside our marketing team?
Yes. We regularly work alongside in-house teams, adding specialist help without taking over.
Can you train our staff?
Yes. We run workshops and 1-2-1s, and our free AI course is a good place to start.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly support is rolling, with no tie-ins.
