Where do I find…?
Where do I find my review link?

Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile, then search Google for your business name. Your profile appears with a row of options: choose Ask for reviews (sometimes shown as Read reviews → Get more reviews) and copy the link. It usually starts g.page/r/. In the Google Maps app, open your profile and tap Ask for reviews.

I can't see "Ask for reviews"

Make sure you're signed in with the account that owns or manages the profile, and that the profile is verified. Our Google Business Profile guide walks through claiming and verifying it.

Will the QR code keep working?

Yes. It simply contains your review link, so it works for as long as that link does. Test it with your phone camera before you print lots.

Questions, answered.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Google's rules don't allow incentives for reviews, and it can get reviews removed. Just ask nicely.

Should I only ask happy customers?

Google asks businesses not to pick and choose ("review gating"). Ask every customer; a steady flow of honest reviews looks more trustworthy anyway.

When is the best time to ask?

Soon after the job's done or the order has arrived, while it's fresh. A polite follow-up a few days later is fine; after that, leave it.
