How to use it

  1. 1Choose your goal and timeWhat you want more of this month, and roughly how many hours a week you can give it. Be honest; a plan you finish beats one you don't.
  2. 2Tick what you already haveWebsite, Google Business Profile, social media, an email list or ads. The plan only includes jobs that fit.
  3. 3Make it yoursTick tasks off as you go, edit them, delete ones that don't fit, add your own and move tasks between weeks.
  4. 4Take it with youAdd it to Google or Outlook calendar, download a CSV or print it. Next month, press "Start next month" and anything unfinished carries over.
Where do I find…?
I'm not sure which goal to pick

Pick the one that would make the biggest difference to the business this month. If in doubt, choose "More enquiries" (or "More online sales" if you have a shop).

How do I add it to my calendar?

Press "Add to calendar" to download a calendar file. On a computer, open it (or import it in Google Calendar: Settings → Import & export). Each task becomes a reminder on the day you chose.

Everything you type stays in this browser. We don't see it, store it or send it anywhere. Clear it any time with "Start again".

Will my plan be saved?

Yes, in this browser, automatically. Use "Copy link to this plan" if you want to open it on another device.

Can I use it every month?

That's the idea. "Start next month" builds a fresh plan and carries over anything you didn't get to.
